Can I Cancel or Change My Order?Updated 3 months ago

Our team works as quickly as possible to get your new Centric gear packed and on its way to you. As a result, we may not be able to accommodate modifications to orders once they're placed. If the order is incorrect for some reason, a return request can be submitted through our Return Portal after receiving it.

Address Changes
Since changing a shipping address post-purchase is time-sensitive, we recommend getting in touch with us ASAP. We'll do our best to handle your request before your order ships and kindly ask that you have your order number and correct shipping address included in your outreach.

Shipping Method Changes
If you need to upgrade the shipping method on your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to handle your request before your order ships. Please note: Once an order has shipped we are unable to make any changes to the shipping method.

Payment Changes
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we are unable to change your payment method.
