Centric processes and ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S holidays. If you place your order before 2pm EST on a business day, it usually ships out the same day. Orders made after 2pm EST, or on weekends and holidays, will be shipped the following business day. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is on its way.
Please note: During periods of high volume (sales, peak season, etc.), order processing may take longer.

APO/FPO/DPO Mail
Orders shipping to APO/FPO/DPO sites may take up to 1-2 months for delivery. Military APO/FPO/DPO mail has unique transportation and handling requirements, which result in extended delivery time for online orders. Because Military APO/FPO/DPO mail is transported outside of the U.S. to overseas locations, normal transit times are generally extended, causing longer delivery windows.
